Hi! I'm actually new to this and I really wanna lose weight but I don't know how. So I started searching up on the internet and found Chloe Ting's Work out. I actually finished the 2 weeks shred challenge before, but I didn't lose weight even though I combined it with a proper diet. So, I just wanna ask if how do you guys do the Calorie Deficit thing? I heard about it on TikTok and they said that it helps in weight loss too. I look it up on YouTube but I can't understand it well. Thank you for reading! (edited by moderator)
