Hello, I am looking for some tips. I am doing an exchange semester for the next three months. I just started doing one program, but I do long walks daily (it honestly feels more like a hike because of how steep Daegu streets are). The problem is that I don’t know how to do calorie deficit, as I can’t have a nutritionist here, and I’ve never understood how to count calories. I have a meal plan and have to eat what the cafeteria gives me, but I would like to control my calories as much as I can when I eat out. I want to make as much progress as possible in these three months. Does anyone have any tips? (edited by moderator)
