Hello! After starting the workout plans while i was on calorie deficit i realised i was not getting enough protein throughout the day and the calories i was consuming were lower as well. . So i started counting my intake and eating the amount on protein i should but my calories increased a little bit as well (still on a deficit according to the TDEE) i’m not hungry at all and i’m exercising 4- 5 days a week but the number of the scale is not changing at all. . is it because i’m losing fat and gaining muscle? Or should i reduce my calories as they were before? Because at that time the weight loss could be seen on the scale number! Thank you! (edited by moderator)
