So I'm doing get peachy challenge and maintaining a 1300 calories diet for weight loss. my question is whether only the calories count or will the TYPE of food matter too? cause I'm a student and I crave a lot of sweets or fried food every now and then. suppose I eat 30g of a cake which is around 77 calories and I also eat an amount of fruit which is of the same calories. . . Will both of them have same effect on my weight? overall I know its better to just eat the fruit to get HEALTHIER but what abt weight loss? Will the same amount of calories from two different foods make much of a difference?
