Ive been doing 16:8 fasting every day for two weeks now (along with the workouts and calorie counting, the whole shebang) and the only thing about it i struggle with is my social life on the weekends. i usually start fasting at 7:00pm but i like going out on friday or saturday nights and that always involves drinks and food well after 7:00. my calorie counting app allows me to have more calories on weekends. could i do the same with fasting and just not fast friday and/or saturday? does anyone do this? i dont wanna hinder my results but i still wanna have fun lol.
