Hii so I have a question I do chloe and I will add 10k steps but I would love to know if doing chloe, 10k steps. And Pilates is ok for weight loss. I experienced doing just dance for 5 hours and chloe I didn't lose weight so my question is is doing these workouts be to much where I don't lose weight or is it ok as long as I take my rest days. I ask because I know other do way more then me and lose weight. Thank you all 😊😊
