Hi everyone, so I want to start the 2024 hourglass challenge and I will need dumbbells for some exercise, which I don't have. My question is, is it a problem if I use two bottle water of 1.5 liters each for substitute? Or more? Maybe 3 liters for each hand?

Can I use water bottles as dumbbells?
