Hello everyone, I have always suffered from intermittent sleep, staying up all night and waking up late. I am a night person and feel energetic at this time, but the lifestyle does not allow us to have this kind of routine, and waking up early has the best feeling and it's better for our health you know guys. I want to wake up early and sleep at a suitable time. I just started the weight loss challenge 2024 by chloe ting and I'm avoiding coffee as much as possible.
