I have been doing Chloe's workouts since 2022 + I occasionally do yoga & pilates too but I still struggle with this. When it comes to pigeon pose, even if I try very hard, it's almost impossible for me to keep my shin parallel to the front of the mat. My foot will always end up sliding closer towards my hips and if I make an effort to keep it away from my body, my leg hurts really bad. I had hip dysplasia as a baby, idk if that plays into it. Any tips?
