Workout
I recently started the 2025 shred and noticed that when I do arm or abs exercises ( mainly abs ) I can’t feel anything in my left side. My right side will be burning and I’ll be feeling the workout but when I switch to my left I can’t even feel it.
At first I thought it had something to do with my lower back not being on the ground properly, but that didn’t help either. It’s like I’ve completed lost the mind muscle connection there.
I’ve also tried side planks on my left but for some reason I end up feeling it more in my right than my left.
Has anyone encountered a problem like this? How did you solve it?
( It also used to happen in my previous workouts and strectches but it was never this bad )
