When I work out, and the soreness that follows, I only feel it in my upper and lower abs,never the middle where the actual belly fat is, the spot I'm most insecure about. I want to tone that part nicely too. I do engage my core during workout and make sure to have good form. What's the best moves or videos from Chloe to engage and work the mid abs?
Edit: I don't aim to spot reduce fat, I just wan to feel like I train that part too because I feel NOTHING
