Guys im confused…so i always get told that i need to do cardio 3-4 times an week and strength training but its hard for me to stay on a plan like i always keep changing because i dont see results from them it literally took me maybe 4 years now and i dont like my body, actually i did lose weight but I dont think Its from the workouts maybe because i used to not eat because i lost my appetite and period problems so the thing is is it fine if i did like for example only Pilates or just any workout i see on yt for belly fat and thigh areas or i SHOULD do cardio and strength training workouts (my goal is to remove the fat that i lost its not a huge amount and to make my body shows its shape and to remove fat from some certain areas like my thighs and arms … ) because I think i am still young on alot of stuff( im 14 turning 15) because I literally keep on thinking that what I should do now and get unmotivated and not see results
