I want to lose weight and fat from my body. Basically I am a pear shaped girlie. I am studying and my schedule is very hectic and recently started gym. I am liking doing strength training but scared that will my body becomes bulky and not thin by doing only that? Strength training will make a fatty body bulky? I also do cardio but like only 10 mins
