Hey guys! I have question for those of you who have experience with with Cloe’s challenges.
Did it ever happen you finished the challenge with no actual result?
I do workout since 3/24 and to my own surprise I’m pretty consistent. When I started it was mostly 5 days of whole week I did my workout. With better physique and a lot of work I started to be more forgiving, not sticking to 5 days no matter what (usually it’s 4 days but if super busy and staying at work till evening it can be 3 only per week). Till now I lost only about 2,5 max 3 kg. Since is easier for me to make my own schedule based on amount of work I have to deal with I decided to go for my first challenge in December and I finished yesterday (yay!). Really hoped for some results but I weigh still the same, if not slightly more… When it comes to my physique it also feels the same. 🤷‍♀️
Is it actually possible for your body to just stop losing weight at the point it feels like is not necessary anymore? 🤔
