I just got back from a wonderful dance class, I always feel happy there whether I pick up the choreo. . . However, in these classes, I can never ignore one of my biggest insecurities: my chest. I have such a large chest compared to the rest of my body parts, and even though I'm aware it's highly tied to my genetics, I'm certain that there's also some fat build-up that I'm eager to lose. My big boobs just really weigh me down physically and mentally, I struggle to see the young woman I actually am when i see them. I don't know how to dispel this insecurity but I'm hoping to at least start a conversation about reasonable expectations for reducing their size with a healthier diet + chest workouts. If anyone can relate or knows how i can begin to remedy this, I would be forever grateful
