I got into CT on YT and started doing her routines almost daily, for the past 10 weeks. My workout routines seemed haphazard and I'd jump around. Or sometimes I would do YT playlists of a partocular focus (legs, abs) but it didnt feel as balanced to do say leg routines for two weeks in a row.. Finally downloaded the app and excited to start a more structured routine and challenges. Is there a particular challenge you recommend as a CT app newbie? I'm a 50 something interested in the usual things, especially as I am in menopause and want to ward off the menopot! Thanks all!
