A little backstory: I first started Chloe tiny back in June, and I finished 2 programs! I was so proud of myself because I had never been able to get through a workout program without quitting. I was getting more confident and motivated. Unfortunately, I had to leave home for work for 3 months. Now I'm back and I'm feeling discouraged.
I would like to mention that I don't have an unhealthy relationship with my body. I used to hate myself and my body but now I accept and love myself the way I am! đBut I would like push myself to be the best version of me. I am not overweight. I am strong and healthy, but I would really like to lose 10 lbs. I would like to tone overall, but especially lose my baby face fat as I am a bit insecure about it. I know as you get older your face naturally matures and loses that baby face but I would like to speed up the process. What can I do to help?
Also I have recently been getting a lot of acne and I heard that working out can help with acne. I understand drinking water and I have a good skincare but I break out really bad on my forehead and chin. Any tips would be appreciated!
