Fitness Discussion

My fingers are sooo chubby. They look like a baby’s. I’m not even that fat, it’s just that my dang genetics decide to store fat in my fingers. Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of this? I know losing weight all over (since you can’t really specifically reduce finger fat) might help, but does anyone know if this goes away with exercise?? It’s like one of my biggest insecurities, since I can’t suck in my finger fat like I can my belly 😅 😭 Any advice??
