I've been doing the 2020 flat tummy challenge and today is another day of workouts (I. E - not a rest day). I woke up with a cough and feel like I might be coming down with something. Normally, I would just sleep and recover, but I don't want to lose my progress. Should I power through and do the workouts scheduled for today? If I skip, will I lose the progress I made so far?
