Bonjour à tous, j'ai tenter le programme de perte de poids (challenge 2024) mais je n'ai pu faire que les 2 premiers jours, car au troisième, j'étais courbaturée de partout, et très fatiguée par le travail (je me lève à 5:30 chaque matin et je travaille en cuisine donc debout et piétinement +++ pdt 7h) ; Du coup, pour les gens qui travaillent comme moi (ou avec un emploi similaire), comment faites vous pour REUSSIR à trouver la motivation après le travail de faire le challenge ? parfois lorsque je rentre, je n'ai qu'une envie, c'est de dormir avant d'aller chercher les enfants à l'école (maman de 4 enfants).
