I have been doing chloe tings workout since Jan 25 at the beginning I weighted 70kg and had been working out religiously every month. Now that June has ended my I weigh 66kg but I have seen people loose 10kgs almost in span of 6 months. But I have been loosing only 4 ? Any idea what it might be? I can't do special diet as I have to eat what my mum cooks and my most of diet consist of rice? Can someone help ? Feeling down because of the progress 😔
