I have completed the 2020 Flat Belly Challenge for the third time!
I first did it a very long time ago back in 2021, and then I did it again in 2022- those were different times, and I was a lot fitter than I am now.
I wanted to start off this year doing it again for old times sake, it was a lot difficult of course, but I pushed through. I did skip like 2 weeks in between, and I was so close to just canceling the program and giving up, but I'm sick of starting over so I pushed through and did it anyways.
I obviously don't notice too many big results, I've only done one challenge this year. But I have more energy, I can do all of the workout moves much easier, my strength has improved so well in my arms, legs, and stomach. I've also lost 4 pounds during the challenge. It has been wonderful! I'm going to take a 6 day break and do the 2019 flat belly challenge next. I wish everyone the best of luck in their journey and don't ever give up! If you skip a few days, just dust it off and keep going! Don't stop! (edited by moderator)
