Hello, I'm 29F, 163 cm and 72kg. I have been on the hourglass program for 25 days and I have consistent pain in my knees when i do lunges and squats (or any type of knee bending)in the recent week. am I doing something really wrong or am I just too heavy? I know I don't have the best form but I'm trying to fix it. Is there something else I can do to make it better? I have barely workout in the last few years and I wfh so I basically barely move on a day to day basis.
