Literally are killing me. Every time I try to do them I’m falling right on my butt or end up injuring myself. I recently started my fitness journey and I know that I have to be patient. My arms and back are pretty weak but there has to be a way to do them, right? I hate them. I really do.
Could you recommend an other exercise I could replace them with? I won’t stop trying to get them right but I’m tired of flopping on my butt. So pleeeeeeease help.
p.S. any tips on how to improve my balance in general?
