Creatine

I am 23 F, I do Chloe's workout at home, is it beneficial or can I gain benefits from taking creatine, to build muscles, or is it useful if I lift heavy weights and go to gym.

I think it could be beneficial since it helps you push a bit harder than typical. You have me curious too now as well!💕 I may get one for myself !

Always good to do your own research and check with a medical professional before choosing to take supplements! Personally, I do take creatine daily (about 5g but I just scoop it!) because - through my own research - I decided it was a good fit for me, not only for the "fitness" benefits, but for the potential cognitive benefits too.
