💕 The pink dumbbells are 4 kg each — perfect for my upper body workouts.
• 💪 The blue kettlebell and the black adjustable dumbbells are 8 kg. I use 8 kg each for wide stance RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts).
• 🏋️♀️ The two black ankle weights are 2 kg each — great for adding a little extra challenge.
• 🏋️♂️ The heaviest one, the big black dumbbells, are 16 kg — I use them only for squats.
• 🏋️♀️ The resistance band — super useful for adding tension and variety to my leg and glute workouts.
I still feel like my arms aren’t quite strong enough to start with the 8 kg weights — especially my left arm — so I’m taking things slowly and building up gradually.
