Hi everyone, I recently started a program here to help me begin my weightloss journey and I'm finding it difficult to complete plank exercises. I feel like my body is too heavy. I can at most only manage up to 15 seconds before I fall flat and have to get up again. Are there any tips I could maybe follow to help my form and core to carry me longer?
