Bulb to write from the translator, Apologies!
Today I did my exercises more slowly, without rushing, and I already discovered which specific exercise causes me dizziness and nausea... It's the deadlift. More specifically when I have to lift a leg backwards and throw my chest forward, today I confirmed it. If anyone knows what exercise I can replace it with, at least the first few days, I would appreciate it! (edited by moderator)
