Okay, I need help ASAP. Tomorrow is Day 5 of Chloe Ting’s 2020 2 Weeks Shred, and I just saw that Intense Plank Challenge video. Look, I barely survive normal planks—now Chloe wants me to do an intense one?? Who’s gonna tell her I have noodle arms and the core strength of a soggy biscuit? 😭
Every time I do arm-core workouts, I don’t just struggle—I enter another dimension. I’m on the floor questioning all my life choices while my arms scream for mercy. I really don’t want to die on my yoga mat, but at this point, it’s looking like a real possibility.
For those of you who have completed this challenge, how did you make it out alive?! Any tips on not collapsing midway? Please send help, motivation, or at least a memorial speech for me. 😭💀
