Fitness Discussion

I just started up doing Chloe's workouts again. I haven't done one since quarantine, and I felt so good doing them. I wanted to feel that feeling again, so I began her latest weight loss program. Only four days in and I feel amazing. My energy has gone up, I don't feel as sick all of the time, and I have even been feeling much happier all around! Thank you Chloe for allowing us access to meaningful workouts that can be completed at home. I'm looking forward to finishing off the month strong:)
