Hi everyone! I’ve been doing the 2025 weight loss challenge (I only have a few days lefts) but unfortunately the workouts have left my knees really sore and I’m scared that I’ll injure myself if I continue. I’ve tried taking a few days off to recover and doing light stretching to help out but the second I start doing any cardio or leg exercises (like squats or lunges) my knees hurt so much. I really don’t want to take a longer break because I’ve built up such a nice momentum I’m scared if I stop all my progress will have been for nothing 😭
Had anyone experienced something similar and if so what helped you with the pain?
