Decision changed!
Hey! I want to start Chloe's famous 2 week shred challenge. Just want to get a shred but I wanted to know that what could I do once I have completed Chloe's workout. Coz in my bsy teenage life, it's not possible to workout for hours though now i m having vacations so i can go on the challenge but as soon as I finished it what could i do to maintain my newly achieved body?

I m a teenage girl with busy school schedule. Although now i m on vacations so I just want suggestions on which workout i should do gor for?
. . . Btw my goals are to get rid of my all-time fat, get my dream body with a tiny waist. .
I want real and long lasting results that i could maintain even when I have my school 🏫. Quicker results are also a better option for me because I have only about 20-25 days in my hand for working out. . but getting quicker results, doesn't mean that I want to compromise in quality. . . I just want to get long lasting results! ! ! !
Please suggest me! ! I m so much confused and yes please try to avoid dumbbell ones as I don't have dumbbell and also please don't involve any kind of workout that will not make me bulky with muscles, abs please i don't want that. . . 😔🙏
