Hey, so I have the muscles as I have been doing muscle building for a while but you cant see any visible abs/muscles. I am thinking about going on a cut but don't know how to alter my gym ruitine on top of the chloe ting shred challenge. I have already set meal plans which are hard to alter but can change my time of meals/how many per day. I'm not a huge fan of cardio but am willing to try. Does anyone know a good way of cutting down body fat (and decreasing overall body weight) that includes diet (and e. G. of meals) and effective workout? ?
I do a lot of sports beside and go to the gym about 3 times a week minimum. Thanks ❤️
