When creating posts, take note of the following guidelines:

**Ask a quick question**
Please do not make a post asking a quick, simple question that isn't discussion-worthy. Choose the "Ask a quick question" option instead for simple questions about fitness or workouts to avoid creating a new post.

**Program or workout recommendations**
Please do not make a post asking for recommendations. All program or workout recommendations should be asked in the pinned “What program / workout should I do?” post.

**Discussion Focused**
Your post should be a discussion topic that other community members can discuss, share input, and learn from one another. Posts should not be self-centered. If the post will only help you, and no one else, it is most likely not a discussion post.

What a discussion topic title generally looks like:

❌ If your post does not meet our guidelines, it will be made private with an explanation, archived, moved, or merged.

Here are the most common reasons why posts do not get approved in #fitness:

**Not discussion-focused**
Your post should be a discussion topic that other community members can discuss, share input, and learn from one another. Posts should not be self-centered. Examples of posts that aren't discussion topics include asking for program recommendations, giving daily workout updates, simple greetings, and requests for tailored nutrition/fitness advice. There are pinned posts for some of these purposes.

**Asking for tailored advice**
Do not ask or provide tailored or personalized advice about diets, caloric needs, meal plans, and workouts. General discussion and sharing of personal experiences is fine. Be mindful that what may work for one person could actually be harmful to another. Always seek personalized advice from your own medical and fitness professionals.

**Duplicate**
We may private or merge your post if there are other similar posts.

**Unsuitable photos**
Please share photos that are PG-friendly and suitable for all audiences worldwide.

**English only**
The community section is English only, so non-English posts will not be approved.

We have a blanket rule not to mention or promote other creators.

When creating posts, take note of the following guidelines:

**18+ only**
You must be 18 or older to post in the #before-after-results channel.

**Safety first**
Please only share images and information you are comfortable with sharing publicly. This includes your avatar or attached images. Your shared images can be viewed by anyone who uses our app or website, which includes people of diverse ages and genders. Your shared images may be reposted by Chloe or anyone as it is publicly available. We suggest you crop or blur out your face and ensure no personal information is shared. We accept bikini-style photos (no thongs), but we may reject photos that we deem to be too revealing or a potential safety risk.

**Realistic timeframes**
Please only share before and after results achieved in one month or longer. Anything under one month will be removed as we want to encourage long-term success for our community and avoid setting unrealistic expectations.

**Describe your journey**
Community members enjoy hearing about challenges you’ve done, lessons you learned, and struggles you went through. Be mindful when sharing specific details like diet and calorie levels. Everyone is different and giving specific numbers can create harmful comparisons.

**Clear comparison**
Try to share before and after photos that have similar lighting, background, angle, and pose for best comparison.

**Bodies instead of logs or graphs**
Pictures must be of bodies, rather than alternate ways of tracking progress like scale logs/graphs, body composition breakdowns, etc.

**Don’t promote fad or restrictive diets and behaviors**
Do not promote unhealthy diets/fad diets/restrictive diets (kpop diets, liquid-only diets, very low calorie diets, etc) or have excessive conversations with obsessive behavior towards food and exercise.

When creating posts, take note of the following guidelines:

**Be detailed**
We appreciate all feedback and aim to implement improvements and explore all ideas. What helps is sharing details such as how this will help you and others, how important it is to you, or even how disruptive or annoying a certain functionality is to you. Fitness Discussion

I know there is not much that can be done about it, but at least I would like to share my disappointment and delusion about team challenges:
even if I take in consideration the achievements points etc. almost each and every time it is not possible to finish the challenge as a team.
People keep missing days and leaving the group without even telling a single message.
If they do so, I cannot even leave a 1 star rating.

Team challenges were created to motivate people and stay consistent.
Turned out it is so delusional I feel more motivated by doing them by my self.

Sorry for the rant, I am just very disappointed

Delusional about team challenges
