I started the Summer Shred Challenge 2025, and now that it’s about to end in just 2 days, I can’t help but feel a little demotivated. Despite following through, I haven’t seen much change in my body or on the scale, which makes me wonder if my PCOD is playing a role in slowing down my progress. It’s frustrating to put in the effort and not see results, and I’m honestly seeking guidance on what I should do differently. Should I change my workout style, adjust my diet, or focus more on consistency with lifestyle changes? I don’t want to give up, but I also don’t want to keep spinning my wheels.
