Hi! Just did the first day and gotta ask but were there some exercises you flat out couldn’t do? The up and down planks are just NASTY 😭😭😭 i think it’s my Vit D deficiency (on Rx vitamins do not worry) but I go up and down and just stay down (I try to do a regular plank instead) but I literally cannot bring myself to do the “up” part like my body feels like lead. There are some others where I just had to let the time pass by/replace with another exercise.
