Hi!
I'm on the program : 2024 Shred and Tone Challenge.I definitely find this a good one(until now).
I was on day 3 today and I had a problem:

I did not understand how to do the following 2 exercises and my feet was hurting so bad after I somehow tried to do it.
Single leg deadlift
Bulgarian split squat
Like how far away should the chair be placed and what is this bending down thing?
Like my feet is really in pain and lower back kind of hurts a little. (edited by moderator)
