I don't really have the time to practice a diet. I weigh 61 kilos and wanna get to 50 kilos ( I'm mainly concerned because of my age). I mainly struggle with belly fat. I try maintaining a balanced diet and workout (Chloe's workouts, Cycling, Tennis, etc. ). I eat traditional Indian food (which has a decent amount of fats, proteins and vitamins) and live with my family, so it's kind of hard to make 2-3 different foods for different people, so any tips?
