Tips for starting a diet and cheat days?

So I have been doing Chloe since 2 months . . . Though I can see some changes in my body, stamina, flexibility I could not loose weight. . . Reason being my not so healthy eating. . . I try to eat healthy but couldn't stick to it. . . Exercising is quite a piece of cake for me now. . . But it difficult for me to watch what I eat. . can someone give me tips on how to control my unhealthy eating and start a healthy eating and for like how many days should I give myself a window like ok you may eat healthy for 20 days straight thn on day 21 you may treat yourself. . . What's an ideal cheat day duration I mean (edited by moderator)
