Difference between gym and home workouts

From 2021 October onwards I joined a gym. Within month I was able to a significant change in body and my heavy boobs got reduced too. Honestly l never felt more confident about my body like that before ( I didn't follow a diet and even my trainer suggested not to).
But I had to quit gym after 6 months joining due to a health issue (issue was not because of gym workout) and battle with it for almost one and half year. I'm in a good health now and after my recovery doctor suggested not to go to gym but can do walking and swimming (tried swimming for 3 to 4 months but to quit since I caught cold and runny nose often and didn't see much difference too).
It's almost gonna be 2 years after recovery and my parents are still not allowing to gym. Then I stared chloe ting workouts and it's been 2 months and been avoiding sugars and I was only able to see a slight difference. By the mid of last month I check my weight I lost 5 kgs, but no change in my body or reduced breast size and feel like same. It makes me feel tiring 😫
