Disability workout

Hello friends, i have been dealing with a disability after a car crash for over a year now.

My left hand is unstable, can’t put weight, can’t hold a phone, or do basic needs around the house. still having medical issues regarding my hands, most likely will go through a fourth surgery in the coming months.

I gained close to 8 kg, and i have been moving less since i am always in pain.
What do you think i should do for a workout?
Some programs need hands and weight on hands..
do you think it’s okay to skip the ones that may worsen my situation? Or if there is an alternative solution for disability workout?
