Yall I am feeling a bit discouraged, I have been working out and being in a healthy and clean calorie deficit for a week now and I’m not seeing any results, is that normal?? I mean I know it takes time but I thought surely I’d see something, especially since I’m already slim (I’m jsut trying to get rid of love handles and stomach fat) idk if anyone can tell me when is like a realistic time to see any results that would be awesome 🙏🏼
