Fitness Goals
I am feeling very disheartened right now. My days of weighting myself and measuring myself are Saturdays. All this time the results had been amazing. I started the 2019 Shred program again, and added the Flat Belly program, and on top of that I walk 2 hours a day. I have to wake up at 3AM to do this since I start work at 7. Well today, I don't know if my scale is malfunctioning because last weekend I was 122lbs, first time I got on the scale today it said 120 lbs, and I even had the nerve of getting a bit upset of having lost only 2 pounds. But I got back on the scale (It is something I do, I have to see the number reflected 3 times) and I was 123, then stepped back on and said 125.6, and got stuck on that weight, I got out my other older scale and said 125.6. So it all points to me having gained 3 pounds. And I measured myself hoping to see a change there, But my waist and stomach had gone up too. I just feel really bad and disheartened. I don't know what to do. I weigh myself after peeing and without eating or drinking. Any words to make me feel better please?
