DIY Icebaths, Sauna, and any other post-workout recovery habits / General health habits

I have done ice baths post workouts for the last couple years but unfortunately I can only do them in the winter time because I use the cold outside to keep my ice plunge tub cold (I can share how I DIY'd my icebath if anyone is interested, it was really easy all things considered). I've never tried sauna and not sure how I would DIY that at home but I wanted to see what everyone's post workout rituals or habits are!

I have previously tried using a spikemat and pillow combo but I never felt benefits from this so I ditched it, I know it has been helpful for lots of people but I never got results despite using it for months!
