Hey there, I'm 21F, and apparently I'm trying to loose weight cause my doctor said. From the age of 14 to 18, my weight was 54kg, but due to uni and increased workload I started binging food and started to face hormone changes which caused my weight to increase to 65kg.
Now I weigh 62kg. The thing is I've noticed that my body used to look different like 2 years back from now. At a point I felt that this is because I've started to workout, but people who are around me as the same age, their bodies also look different. Different means like well structured and well formed.
So now as bodies change with age, is it possible to get that teenage weight or do I need to stick with this weight that I've got being a young adult? I've started working out from August 2024 and I've lost nearly 2-3 inches around my hips but didn't see a huge change in my weight.
I've seen there are many young adults, adults and moms out there in this platform, hope you guys can clear my doubts, and do correct me if I'm wrong❤️❤️
