Fitness Discussion

I’ve been doing these exercise for 5 days now and 2 days ago I’ve been getting stomach ache from the upper stomach.  It may be caused by something else but I know for certain it isn’t cramps.  It’s been going on for 3 days now and hasn’t stopped.

Do doing these core and ab exercises give you stomach ache
