I don't have obesity or anything else. I'm slim, but this little lower abdomen has always been my problem.
I've been training Chloe for 5 months. During this time, my buttocks have increased by 4 cm! But I have a problem with the small lower abdomen and the inner surface of the hips. I want to reduce them. How should I do it better: focus on a little weight loss, and then pump my buttocks? I'm afraid that my work will be in vain if the butt decreases after losing weight.
