I have a weird, conflicting relationshipwith rest days.
The few days before my rest days it feels like I have so much energy and motivation and I feel great. But then I take my rest days and try to do the workouts it feels so much worse. It's like my body is stiff and I get tired way quicker. Today was so bad I had to stop my workout, because my body just felt so bad... even when I have done the same workout multiple times without issues.
I hate it. Kinda makes me want to stop taking the rest days, but I don't want to over work my body either... it's annoying.
