I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts on and off for around a year now, and I’ve started on my first program recently.
Something that I’ve noticed is that after I finish my workouts, I am pretty sore. So, I do the cooldown to try to calm my body, but it makes it hurt more, and it makes me stop sweating way later than on days I don’t do the cooldown directly after working out.
Now, I still do the cooldown videos as a part of my daily routine, but instead I use them as my morning stretches or as a “warm up” before I go on a walk.
So, does anyone have any advice of how to make the cooldowns hurt less? Or, should I just stick to what I’m doing?
