I am about to complete 2019 shred challenge it was extreme some days I really felt like I am done with this and eat a whole chocolate pie but then felt guilty and worked 2 days on single day so yeah it was tough but worth it .  Chloe you are such an angel 🩷🌸. Now I am about to start lean arm challenge but I was just curious does it really work as I have flabby arms 😓😓
